How Are Orders Processed?

At the moment, orders are processed manually but in the future we will automate this system.

How can I pay?

We prefer simple bank transfers at the moment. We have a IBAN-account and will give you all the required data (like SWIFT/BIC-number). You can also pay by PayPal if you prefer, but only manually. In the future, you will be able to pay automatically as well. Payments are also processed manually at the moment.

Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my account?

Yes, at any time, contact us at sales@semonto.com for more information.

  • If you downgrade your account, your new plan will replace your current plan after it expires.
  • If you update your account, you will receive a new bill for the next months.
  • If you cancel your account: Your account will be deactivated when your account expires and you won't receive another invoice.
