What is the FREE trial period?
A free trial period can be used for free for 30 days. It has a limited number of hosts, groups and aliases but otherwise has the same features as the other accounts.
What is a host?
A host contains the test information for a server. Typically, you will have one host per (virtual) server you want to check.
Can I buy more SMS credits?
If you run of your monthly quota of SMS credits you can buy additional credits for 0.20 Euro per SMS credit. If one month you don't use all your SMS credits, they will be brought over for the next month.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. Your account will be deactivated when your contract period expires and your contract won't be renewed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact us at info@semonto.com for more information.
What is the maximum tests per hour?
Semonto will perform periodical checks but how many tests you can perform depends on your plan. For example, if you want to perform 8 different tests every 10 minutes on three separate hosts, you will perform 6*8*3 = 144 tests per hour and you will at least need a Basic account.
