What is the FREE trial period?
The 'free trial period' enables you to use our product for free for 30 days. It has a limited number of tests but has the same features as the other accounts.
What is a host?
A host contains the test information for a server. Generally, you will have one host per (virtual) server you want to check.
How can I send warnings via SMS?
If you want to send warnings/alerts via SMS-messages, you will need to buy SMS-credits. You can buy credits for $0.30 per SMS-message.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. Your account will be deactivated when your contract period expires and your contract won't be renewed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

What is the maximum amount of tests per hour?
Semonto will perform periodical checks but it's quantity will depend on the plan you have chosen. For example, if you want to perform 8 different tests every 10 minutes (so 5 times per hour) on two separate hosts, you will perform 80 ( = 8*5*2) tests per hour. This means you would need a Lite account.
